The real estate market in Gilbert, Arizona has been very active in the last year. Homes continue to sell very quickly with a strong demand for homes in Gilbert from home buyers. The inventory of homes for sale is still very limited which as helped maintain the home price increases for the first half of 2013.

There is a lot of new home construction beginning to come to market in Gilbert which should increase inventory and help provide home buyers with more housing choices. This increase in inventory should level off home prices for the time being and help stabilize the housing market in Gilbert
